Megan Larsen

Owner and President

Megan began working at GWM in 2015 and has been the owner since 2017. She enjoys working along her impressive Golden Way Team. Megan served as husband David's right hand for six years until his passing. Since then, she has picked up the reins and continued his legacy at GWM. When not at work, you can find Megan watching her two sons, Dylan and Cody playing football or baseball.

Eric McLarty

Vice President

Eric has worked at GWM since 2010 and is a Certified Master Mechanical Contractor. Eric enjoys working in the construction and  commercial side of the business, but his many years of experience in both services gives him the broad insight he needs to oversee execution of GWM's overall operations. Eric started at GWM in a supervisory and estimating position and recently became Vice President. Eric enjoys dirt biking, camping and fireworks. Eric and his wife Ericka recently welcomed their beautiful daughter, Mya. 

Ericka McLarty

Marketing Manager

Ericka is excited to start a new adventure at Golden Way. She previously served as the office manager at a local animal hospital for 13 years. Ericka loves spending time with daughter, Mya, and three dogs. She and Eric enjoy Colorado's fantastic outdoors.

Chief of Operations

Steve has been a team member of GWM since 2006. He has worked in the service industry since 1994 and in building facilities management since 1985. Steve brings vast wealth of knowledge and experience to GWM, including commercial and residential HVAC applications, refrigeration, steam, and hydronic heating. He and his beautiful wife enjoy spending time trying new local restaurants and pubs.

Amanda Himes

Office & Accounts Manager

Amanda has worked at GWM since 2016. She enjoys the team at Golden Way and their drive to always be the best. She never forgets to remind the office staff that it is lunch time. You can often find Amanda singing in the office and being the “Office Clown.” Outside of work, Amanda and her husband spend a lot of time at athletic fields with their three beautiful children.

Doug Brock

Service Technician

Doug has been a part of the GWM technician team since 2016. He has 11 years of experience working in the HVAC field. He has a great attitude, friendliness and reliability. Doug is Universal EPA certified. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend outdoors.

About David Larsen

Golden Way Mechanical Inc. was David’s passion. He enjoyed helping others and embraced the “golden rule.” David is remembered by his kindhearted nature, and the way he was so giving and loyal to his community and those around him. He was a devoted husband and father. He shared the love of sports with his wife and two sons. As a Colorado native, he embraced skiing, fishing, hunting, golf, fast cars and the outdoors. His humor and smile were captivating. Our family at GWM will strive to honor David’s legacy in all that we do.
